Hi from the hot, steamy Koh Tao Island. The last thing I want to do is cook, yet I want a fresh and healthy lunch. I’ve opted for a lunch smoothie to satisfy me. This smoothie recipe is one of my absolute favorites and is made with kale, avocado, apple. It’s nutritious and tastes great!

Ingredients

  • 2 c Apples
  • 2 c Kale
  • c Goji Berries
  • c Flax Seeds
  • ½ avocado 
  • Ice
  • Water

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can add Chia Seeds to make this smoothie thicker and more filling, without adding a lot of additional calories. Pour into your favorite smoothie cup and enjoy. .
