Kale, Peanut Butter and Goji Smoothie

I’ve been about a week on Koh Tao island and I accidentally joined the cult of Crossfit. Yep, the Yoga guide has crossed over to the dark side. I kid, I kid. Each morning I rouse myself at 6 am-ish, do my 20 minute meditation, and start blending baby. This Kale, Peanut Butter and Goji smoothie recipe is one of my favorite go-tos that kickstart my day.


Ingredients

Lisa London holding kale, peanut butter, smoothie in nutribullet cup

1 cup kale

1 frozen banana

2 blobs of peanut butter

Sprinkle of Goji Berries

Sprinkle of Chia Seeds

Water / ice cubes 


Instructions

I use a Nutribullet so that makes this process super simple and fast. But any blender will do.  Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender, blend on high until smooth.
